Lets slow down with Drizzy a little bit. Boy has been going hard on his latest releases but he hasn’t forgotten how to turn them lights down low. His next album, Nothing was the same, has been given a lofty ‘Summer’ release date and none of the songs that have been tricklin out have been confirmed yet but damn…this ones shaping up to be another classic. Peep James Fauntleroy on the harmonies, same bro on the Girls love Beyonce track.

Just an unreal tune. Always love the directions Huerco S takes. The middle section of this track is paradise. He recently gave away this and the rest of his HRCS-001 EP from 2011 - DL here.

Take a step back for this one. Lush oscillating ambience from Michael Red. He just dropped the 2nd release on Vancouver label Low Indigo. <3

The newest Zomby album, ‘With Love’ drops tomorrow on 4AD.  It functions more like a cinematic beat tape. Controversies aside, this LP is filled with some unbelievable music. The bass on this track just pumps!

I can’t remember the last time an album dropped where EVERY song could have and should have been the ‘single’. I can’t imagine theres anything better that these guys are actually holding back from us.

Rocko - U.O.E.N.O. (feat. Future & Rick Ross)

Now that all the controversy surrounding the Rick Ross verse has blown over, I think we can all agree that this song is still fire. The perfect mix of a rising star (Rocko), the newest hot thing (Future), a rap game heavy weight (Rick Ross - pun intended) and pitch perfect production (Childish Major).  Ross may have lost a sponsorship over it, but dudes lyrical game is still top notch. God forgives, Reebok don’t. 

Oh shit! Straight outta MTL, we get the newest Booty Bakery compilation - Booty Based Mob Vol 2. Huge things coming out of this city. Oh and if you still need convincing, there are new tracks from Ryan Hemsworth and Jaw Jam on here too. Cop that free DL if you know whats good for yourself!
